Great Tear Duct Opening
My mom’s eye dr told her she should get this. Now we both use it. She does a half hour and I do an hour. I have to set a timer to make sure I don’t get to deep into sleeping. It is really warm and easy to use. My favorite setting is 45 degrees and 1 hour. My mom uses 45 degrees and 30 mins. Really relaxes the eyes and is so easy to use. Being a USB device makes plugging it in simple.

Mask Review
1) USB cord is too short, 2) temp control should be in Fahrenheit, 3) amount of time in the older mask was up to an hour, with a countdown clock.
Mask will not heat.
Defective power cord. It worked fine for a few weeks. The two power cords will no longer connect to each other properly. The lights on the control device will no longer stay lit.

This device is hands down the best thing I have had recommended to me for dry eye symptoms. It works incredibly well. I am beyond impressed.
MiBo USB Heating Pad
I found it very helpful when I started using it, but after only a few weeks, it doesn't stay warm for more than a few minutes. I get better results using a warm cloth. Very disappointed customer.
Great Product
I love this mask. I use it every day and think of it as a treat. It is a relaxing part of my day when I can listen to an audiobook or music, or just lie quietly. I think it has improved my meibomian glands. It may help me avoid a more costly treatment.
Don't bother with this one
I purchased the Wizard Dry Eye Mask and then I needed a second one. I decided to try out this one however it was not nearly as good as the Wizard. It's for you eyes and you should go for the best. I suggest going for the Wizard.
