Shipping Policy:
Vision Rescue offers $4.99 standard shipping on most over-the-counter products, excluding products that require special shipping (like cold shipping), and contact lenses. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders that are shipped via Economy are typically received between 7-9 business days.
Orders over $89 qualify for the free upgrade to FedEx 2 day Air services (this must be selected at check out). Please note that FedEx 2-day Air shipping service is only valid on business days. However, this timeframe may vary depending on your location as Vision Rescue ships from Florida. We do not fulfill on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Vision Rescue cannot be held responsible for shipping conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions. FedEx 2 day Air services are excluded from contact lens orders.
** Please note - weekend overnight shipping is not the same as regular overnight shipping. Overnight shipping orders placed on Fridays after 12:00pm EST will not arrive until at least Monday of the following week. If you'd like an order with weekend overnight shipping, please call our team at (844) 202-5176 so we can try our best to accommodate your order. **
**** Prescription Items like Regener Eyes and Tangible Boost will not ship until the RX has been confirmed. Please note your shipping date will depend on this RX confirmation date. We allow up to 7 days for processing time, after this time, your order will be canceled and refunded.
FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING METHOD
It is important to note that the overnight shipping is overnight with FedEx, but we still require time to allow our team to prepare that package before it can be shipped out to you.
FEDEX TWO DAY SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free two-day shipping with FedEx for orders over $89. However, for certain locations, FedEx may apply a shipping fee that we cannot waive, as this is determined by FedEx. According to FedEx, two-day shipping is available for all states except Hawaii and select ZIP codes in Alaska.
Tracking Products:
Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery via the tracking number you in your shipping confirmation email.
If your order is showing delivered however you have not received it, please follow the provided steps:

Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time frame. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out to Support@MyVisionRescue.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.

If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at Support@MyVisionRescue.com, and we can further assist you.
**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages, however if Corso package protection was included in your order, we will be more than happy to assist your claim.
International Shipments:
Unfortunately, we’re only able to ship within the United States (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands)
** Please note, Vision Rescue does not ship to Canada.
Please be aware any orders shipping to Canada may be subject to duties by Canadian Customs these duties the customer’s responsibility. Free FedEx 2 Day Shipping does not include Shipments to Canada.
**Please note, we highly recommend opting in package protection for international orders.
Incorrect Address:
Once an item ships, we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to change your address.
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, VISION RESCUE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THE ORDER. IF YOU HAVE PACKAGE PROTECTION, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US SO WE CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU.
SHIPPING TO PO BOX**
Please keep your preferred shipping methods to only USPS Standard or USPS Expedited when shipping packages to PO Boxes otherwise it will be undeliverable and sent back to us as a Return to Sender.
WHEN ARE PACKAGES PICKED UP BY THE SHIPPING COURIER?
Our pickup windows with both FedEx and USPS are from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you prefer overnight shipping, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 pm EST to ensure it reaches the local FedEx location.
FULFILLMENT CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION
Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and major holidays. This may affect shipping, fulfillment, and delivery times. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your orders.

Orders typically take 1-2 days to process and be fulfilled by our team. At checkout, you can choose from several shipping methods:
- Expedited USPS Shipping: Takes 3 to 5 business days for $4.99.
- FedEx 2 Day: Takes 2 business days for $10.00 (or free upgrade for orders over $89).
- FedEx Overnight: Available with varying prices depending on the delivery location.
