How to Use

2. Insert the mask into the protective slipcover (optional) and place on a microwave-safe dish.
3. Heat for 20 seconds on high power. Test the temperature with fingers before applying. If additional heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments (do not exceed 30 seconds total).
4. Place the mask over closed eyes and secure with the adjustable strap.
5. Wear for 3-5 minutes or as directed by an eye care professional.

Cold Therapy (For Puffiness, Headaches, and Sinus Pressure)

1. Insert the mask into the protective slipcover (optional) and place it in a sealable plastic bag.
2. Freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from the freezer, place over closed eyes, and secure with the adjustable strap.
4. Wear for 5-7 minutes or as directed by an eye care professional.

Mask Care Instructions

• Mask: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air dry for 24 hours before reuse.
