Dry Eye Relief
Works well when I wake up at 3 AM because my eyes hurt so badly. Leaves a dry residue that I have to clean off later, but I'll take it just to get the relief. Also, dry eye symptoms have not gotten any worse since I started using this. Glad I can order this directly online, since CVS seems to have trouble ordering it for me.
Eye drops...
I have Fuchs dystrophy, but not bad enough for surgery, and someone recommended these drops, but i didn't really notice any improvement or difference from the walmart brand that i have. So, i don't know what else to say. my vision is a little bleary all the time.
Tried many drops
The Freshkote are pretty good as far as lubricating my eyes, especially overnight. But the drops seem to dry flaky and that can be irritating. My eyelids tend to stick closed overnight. It can be very painful to open them. In the morning I try to put in another drop just to gently unstick them before actually opening my eyes. This may or may not be the drops fault and maybe it's the degree of dry eyes that I have. I do continue to use them because the gel type drops cause vision problems after using and some of the others are just a short-term solution.
