Product Overview:

Bausch + Lomb Advanced Eye Relief® Eye Wash is a purified water-based solution designed to gently cleanse and refresh the eyes. This sterile eye wash helps remove irritants, pollutants, and foreign materials while soothing itching, burning, stinging, and discomfort caused by environmental factors.

How to Use:

For use with nozzle applicator:

• Flush the affected eye(s) as needed.
• Control the flow of the solution by applying gentle pressure to the bottle.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye to prevent contamination.

For use with the enclosed eye cup:

1. Rinse the eye cup with Bausch + Lomb Advanced Eye Relief® Eye Wash before use.
2. Avoid contamination by keeping the rim and inside surfaces of the cup clean.
3. Fill the cup halfway with the eye wash solution and apply to the affected eye.
4. Press tightly to prevent spillage.
5. Tilt head backward, open eyelids wide, and rotate eyeball to thoroughly wash the eye.
6. After use, rinse the eye cup with clean water and replace cap securely.

Active Ingredient:

• Purified Water (99.05%) – Provides a sterile and gentle eye wash.

Inactive Ingredients:

• Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Sodium Chloride – Helps maintain eye comfort and cleanliness.
• Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride (0.01%) – Prevents bacterial contamination.

Warnings & Precautions:

• For external use only.
• Do not use if you have open wounds in or near the eyes. Seek immediate medical help.
• Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
• Remove contact lenses before use.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, persistent redness, or irritation.
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Storage & Expiration:

• Store at 15-25°C (59-77°F).
• Keep tightly closed when not in use.
• Use before expiration date marked on the bottle or packaging.
