Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $4.99 on most over-the-counter products, excluding items that require special shipping (like cold shipping) and contact lenses. Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. Orders shipped via Economy are typically received between 7–9 business days.
Orders over $89 qualify for a free upgrade to FedEx 2-Day Air (this must be selected at checkout). FedEx 2-Day Air is only valid on business days, and timeframes may vary depending on your location since we ship from Florida. We do not fulfill on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Vision Rescue cannot be held responsible for shipping conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions. FedEx 2-Day Air is excluded from contact lens orders.
Weekend overnight shipping
Weekend overnight shipping is not the same as regular overnight
shipping. Overnight orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST
will not arrive until at least Monday of the following week.
For weekend overnight, please call our team at (844) 202-5176 so we can try our
best to accommodate your order.
Prescription items
Prescription items like Regener Eyes and Tangible Boost will not ship until the RX has
been confirmed. Your shipping date depends on this RX confirmation
date. We allow up to 7 days for processing; after that time, your
order will be canceled and refunded.
FedEx overnight shipping
Overnight shipping is overnight with FedEx, but we still require time to prepare the package before it can be shipped out to you.
FedEx two-day shipping
We’re pleased to offer free two-day shipping with FedEx for orders over $89. For certain locations, FedEx may apply a shipping fee that we cannot waive, as this is determined by FedEx. According to FedEx, two-day shipping is available for all states except Hawaii and select ZIP codes in Alaska.
Tracking your order
Once the product leaves our warehouse, please contact the shipping provider for updates on shipping and delivery using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, follow these steps:
- Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please email support@visionrescue.com and our customer service team can further assist you.
- If your package is deemed lost in transit or can’t be located, please contact us at support@visionrescue.com and we can further assist you.
Stolen packages: we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your order, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
International shipments
We’re only able to ship within the United States (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands).
Vision Rescue does not ship to Canada. Any orders shipping to Canada may be subject to duties by Canadian Customs — those duties are the customer’s responsibility. Free FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include shipments to Canada.
Incorrect address
Once an item ships, we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — to change your address.
Important:
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, Vision Rescue
cannot be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not
liable to refund or replace the order.
Shipping to a PO Box
Please keep your preferred shipping methods to only USPS Standard or USPS Expedited when shipping packages to PO Boxes. Other carriers will mark the package as undeliverable and send it back to us as Return to Sender.
When are packages picked up?
Our pickup windows with both FedEx and USPS are from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. If you prefer overnight shipping, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 PM EST to ensure it reaches the local FedEx location.
Fulfillment center hours
Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and major holidays. This may affect shipping, fulfillment, and delivery times. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.
