SECTION 21 – DOCTOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Dry Eye Rescue, LLC and its sub-brand Vision Rescue operate a fulfillment and marketing platform for eye care professionals. If you purchase using a doctor’s referral code or link, that doctor may receive a marketing and fulfillment fee (up to 15% of net revenue).

This fee:

  • Is unrelated to clinical services or prescriptions

  • Does not involve or require PHI

  • Complies with FTC marketing guidelines and federal anti-kickback laws

Participation is optional for all parties. Patients may always shop independently without a referral code.

SECTION 22 – SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

Dry Eye Rescue, LLC (including Vision Rescue) offers the GetWell messaging program (“Program”) allowing SMS communications about products, reorders, and treatment reminders.

Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to any message.
Support: Reply "HELP" or email support@dryeyerescue.com
Carriers: Not liable for delays. Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency may vary.
Privacy: Governed by our Privacy Policy.

SMS/MMS MARKETING TERMS

  1. Consent to receive automated texts. Not a purchase condition.

  2. Opt-out by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

  3. Messages include marketing, promotions, order updates.

  4. Msg frequency varies. Standard rates apply.

  6. Non-MMS phones may receive SMS only.

  7. No liability for delivery delays.

  8. You need an SMS-enabled phone with a carrier plan.

  9. Must be 13+ (13–18 with parental consent).

  11. All disputes resolved via arbitration in Boca Raton, FL.

  12. Florida compliance rules apply.
