    Dispenser difficult

Not sure why but your bottle is different from the one I get at my drs office. Yours is hard to use and regulate the drops. I am also not sure they are helping the cloudy issue in my right eye

    Eye Drops

These drops worked great for me.

I’ve tried many drops, both prescription & non, and these are the only ones that have relieved my dry eyes.

Good product but packaging change has raised price of drops

The product has done a fairly effective job of reducing the number of corneal filaments experienced by my wife. However, the manufacturer recently changed the container used to hold the drops with a design that makes it more difficult to dispense only one drop at a time. The design of the dropper bottle requires a much firmer squeeze to dispense the product resulting in more than one drop coming out at a time.

Prior to the new bottle design, we used to get about 23 days to a bottle. With the new bottle, although the sample is small, it looks like we are going to get 16-18 days per bottle due to product loss encountered from the stiffer material used in the bottle. Effectively, this increases the cost per month's usage to increase by about 1/3 even though the price per bottle has stayed the same. It now requires more bottles to make it through the two month purchase period than it did previously, making the drops more costly over time.

The manufacturer needs to come up with an FDA acceptable bottle that flexes more and allows the user to easily dispense one drop at a time.

    New packaging

I hate the new bottle. Having arthritis, it’s almost impossible to squeeze the bottle when it’s less than half full. I need to use both hands and then the drops go elsewhere than my eye. Also I don’t like the bottle being opaque because I can’t see how much is left.
